What this event involves
Four stages of images, academic concepts, connections, sequences and puzzles — identified as fast as possible.
Three students compete simultaneously in each round, writing answers on a laminated slate.

Key rules
- 1Individual competition; three students compete simultaneously in each round.
- 2All answers are written on the provided laminated slate, one answer per question.
- 3No overwriting once the judge has seen the answer.
- 4The timer starts and stops at the Sense Board.
- 5Penalty time is added for every wrong answer at the end of each stage.
